bitchin' bills.

Holy moly. I almost choked on my coffee when I came across these at work today. Too funny.
I WILL learn how to do up one of these sometime. I'm putting it on my "Useless Skills To Learn" list (probably somewhere in between Solving a Rubik's Cube In Less Than 10 Minutes and The One Hand Card Shuffle).
More sexy bills ---> here.

lee.

My pal Lisa and I always have fun when it comes to gift-giving occasions. Homemade pieces that have been well thought out and created with some heart and soul are always the best to give and receive, right? I think so. (Way cooler than some over-priced name brand shirt, anyway.) For my birthday a few years ago, Lee put together a bunch of wicked homemade tees, drawings, and some sweet Value Village vintage goods; all of which were stuffed into a few of my favourite cereal boxes for some "creative wrapping" points. Loved it to bits. I made and plaqued this illustration as part of my gifts to her when her birthday rolled around. She cried like a 2 year-old when she saw it. And I laughed. And then she laughed. Point is, sentimental gifts create mushy moments that mark memories which will never, ever be forgotten.

sleeveface.
I've heard of the concept but never this official site. I think the whole thing is pretty hilarious and fun. Definitely gonna go through some of the albums I have stashed away to see about snapping a few cool ones. Check out more sleeveface submissions at the official site.

Lucas' mom's bush.

...the one in the backyard, of course.
(we're sitting here laughing like adolescents right now. I need fresh air. I need to get the hell out of this office.)
This is one of those photos that you think could be something cool but can't really figure out what to do with. We tried a few filters, played with the colours, adjusted the levels. Meh. Nothing more than a trippy, colourful bush. Only thing I could suggest was giving it to me so i could post it up with a raunchy title.
It seems like the clock will never strike 4 today. And I just heard it's raining outside? weak. I'm gonna boot it straight home after work so I can sneak in a short nap before my dentist appoinment tonight at 7. I'm really glad it's just a cleaning and nothing more. Last time I went to "repair a filling" I was given 5 injections into the same lower area of my mouth because the freezing just wasn't occuring and i could feel every motion from that scary drill. Basically, the full left side of my face swelled up for about a week and I sorta resembled Sloth from the Goonies. Not cool at all. Cleanings I can deal with. The good part about cleanings is that my cousin is my hygenist so she takes her time with me and throws in a ton of freebies. I always have fun rummaging through the 'Kid's Drawer' and stealing red Crayola toothbrushes and other cool things that spin and light up. The bad part about cleanings is that it's so fucking hard to keep a straight face and keep composure while my own cousin is cleaning the inside of my mouth with sharp ojbects. We always burst out laughing, especially when the cheesey 97.3fm dentist music songs come on the radio. You know, those songs that just yell "I'm getting my teeth polished right now." Like...pfffttt....I dunno, Phil Collins' version of True Colors, for example. Never fails. Intermissions are always necessary. I think I could take a serious injury from this one day.
