I caught Fleet Foxes last night at the El Mocambo and they broke me to bits. The set was fantastic and this little band from Seattle was something else to see live. (I had to keep telling myself that it WASN'T Jesus Christ up on the stage jammin' with Charles Manson. Even though it soooo looked like it, both sober and semi-drunk.) "Totally drunk on the music, man. Look at JC up there, turning the water into wine for me. Plenty of fish. Plenty of fish. Yeah." <---that's for you, T. :)
They're back to play another show in June. I strongly recommend checking them out.

i like these shots, esp the first one. what's with the one's in the middle? did they have a disco ball or something?
At the risk of sounding really cheesy, I was so in the zone that I didn't even turn to see what was creating that lit pattern. Sure seems like something along the lines of a disco ball or something that would spin.
